We would like to inform you that we updated the help page, according to your feedback. Please pay attention at the configuration step of your miner. Please find below an example:

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://ltc24.com:3333 -u yourusername.worker -p yourpassword -I 12

In addition, we found an issue with the mail server, so the forgot password page is currently unavailable.

We are happy to inform you that we open new port!
As you already know, our pool supports Stratum connections through 3333 port (stratum).

However, many people faced connection problems so we would like to announce you that you can connect your miners to LTC24 pool through 8337 port (pushpool)!
