Please share your information as to this so we can eliminate a scammer from doing it to someone else. Your the 2nd or 3rd person to say this without posting proof.

Newbie accounts are less than a dime a dozen. Their word is worthless. Someone with some history or trust or gtfo

THIS PERSON IS TRULY A SCAMMER. I have the proof that he never sent over the VCC saying that he is busy. I gave him a few days to return with the VCC and he clearly took the money with no intention of fulfilling his promise.
