I've lately noticed that there had been few services only, those which have turned out scams now.
And others stopped selling VCCs. I need a $1 loaded VCC to pass AWS verification in order to create some accounts for SES requirements.
Is there anybody who could help me out here? Please don't bother to contact if your intention is purely scamming as I know how to assay people.
If you really have a card and you know that it will surely work out for me, then only post here.

I have quite a few genuine people in my list, but they have now started charging as high as $6 per card, and I'm not willing to pay more than $3-4 (negotiable, but not more than my mentioned amount). If you can give me for such price, please PM me or let me know about the price here itself.

As I only need $1 pre-loaded cards used just for the purpose of verifying AWS and I believe that $25 is not what I'm looking for. I need low-priced and low amounts pre-loaded in cards.

@darkie199, so tell me, how will the fee be high if I pay using Bitcoins?
I'm not willing to spend more than $3-4, because if the account doesn't deliver what I'm expecting of it (in most cases, due to cards), I might incur a loss which I'm not here for. Hope that one of you will understand my side as well.

And yeah i can understand..Lemme confirm you one thing, if the VCC won't work , you get a 100% refund!(Well as you see i don't want a RED MARK in my profile because i have lots to sell in future ).. But not less than 5$  ! If you want to purchase many , how about you buy 1 and check it out if it serves you purpose then you can buy more! I am based in India and i myself use these VCC to create AWS Accounts (You can also purchase direct AWS Accounts from me if interested)!

If not bitcoins, what other method can you offer me to pay you for the cards? Trust me, PayPal is ridiculous. Ethereum or any other crypto?
And if I'm interested in bulk once I get those VCCs working, can't you keep the price $1 lower? I believe that getting a business is much more necessary that sticking to our own requirements. You use which VCCs? Indian or USA? Please send me your Skype ID in PM, let's see what I can do here.

Actually i'm new in the whole bitcoin thing. I don't even have mining rig nor a well build PC! I definitely do have a Bitcoin account but 5$ seems so less that while transferring it gonna take half of the money and then long time to transfer from account to BANK! (In India it's very critical)~
