What is Kind Heaven?

The Kind Heaven venue is located at the LINQ Promenade, in the heart of the busiest section of the Las Vegas strip. Kind Heaven is a 100,000 square ft. physical, experiential entertainment space. The Kind Heaven journey transports visitors through a portal to the very best of Southeast Asia. Guests will enjoy food, beverages, merchandise, art, and spirituality without being tethered to a headset, screen, or game. Kind Heaven will celebrate Southeast Asian culture
and make it accessible through a fully immersive and live experience venue. Kind Heaven is the advent of an entirely new medium for experiencing a culture through entertainment conceived by Perry Farrell, whose Lollapalooza Festival has revolutionized the music festival, and Immersive Artistry, whose award-winning co-founders Cary Granat and Ed Jones have been responsible for major Hollywood fantasy lm franchises.
How is Kind Heaven different?
In a time when every company over uses the phrase ‘immersive’ and ‘interactive’, Kind Heaven genuinely provides guests with the rst ever ‘all senses’ experience; whereby guests are transported into a unique communal experience. Kind Heaven opens access to music and live entertainment in the Kind Heaven venue, where communities will be fostered around the fundamental values of Southeast Asian culture.
Unlike a lot of utility tokens, Yala Coins will have value in
the real-world and can be exchanged for tangible goods and services. Kind Heaven’s next-generation entertainment hub in Las Vegas will become a world-class attraction where people from around the globe will visit and spend Yala Coins on a daily basis to purchase admission tickets, products, and other services.
How does Kind Heaven work?
Yala Coin holders, assuming that the platform is completed, will be able to use Yala Coins to access experiences, products, food, and services in the venue via wearable payment technology. Coin holders will also have access to exclusive content, certain ticket classes, and products purchasable both at Kind Heaven locations and in the Kind Heaven digital ecosystem. Yala Coin will be used a medium of exchange and used to access the Kind Heaven ecosystem.
Yala Coin holders will have exclusive access to purchasing Kind Heaven artist tokens. A key component of the Kind Heaven ecosystem will be the artists sourced from all over the world who enter into management contracts with Kind Heaven. Artists will have the ability to release exclusive streams and content, perform in Kind Heaven locations, and sell merchandise along with certain ticket types through the Kind Heaven platform. This allows for economic coordination of communities around these new artists by incentivizing early adopters for supporting the artists as they grow. Artists will be tokenized and their exclusive content will only be available through artists’ tokens, which in turn will be only purchasable using Yala Coins from the continuous token bonding smart contract.
