how do I mine with different chips?

I am a noob so lets get that out of the way. lol I bought a few Bitmain Antminer U2's and some 333MH/s ASICMiner Block Erupter's. I cannot get BFG or CGminer to see and use both types of hardware. I also need to disable the miners from using mu GPU.

Can anyone help me with how I should be setting this up? Mu goal was to have different hardware mining different pools....
