Buy from India opportunity

Due to the recent announcement by the central bank of India regarding stopping all services to Indian exchanges by banks, the bitcoin price here has gone down heavily as compared to the international markets and the difference is almost $1000 per coin which is expected to go much lower in the days ahead.This has created an arbitrage opportunity in the Indian markets.
