Sometime ago I came across with one of their blog posts where it was illustrated how to store in offline wallet. I dont have the link but I guess you can just google.

You should contact with the authority I guess. I don't know the actual method but you can always google it.

You must contact the developer to discuss this, and that is the only choice. if you can make an offline wallet it might make you have a job from your expertise. and this can produce for ico that doesn't have its own wallet platform
