My advice is to choose a large number of rewards!

After the bounty is over, you can get the token!

Join in the bounty campaign which the moderator are the high profile with good trust, high merits and high rank. Also look for the bounty programs rewards allocate for the participants if the rewards are good for you.

Taking a look at your post history, it looks like the only reason you're here on bitcointalk is for the bounties; and you're lazy enought that you don't even want to do your own research on these bounties? Get outta here.

well, after joining a sig campaign, I realized the best bounty you'd want is a bitcoin bounty and not an altcoin bounty.

These ICO bounties are pretty stupid because they pay out when the ICo is over... I won't get paid until 12 weeks from now. That's insane.

Bitcoin bounties pay out every week. So that's why they're better. Other good options are one-time bounties, like articles, twitter, facebook. etc. campaigns where all you have to do is do a few one-time activities and then you get your cut and be out!

The best one I'm doing so far is Hybrid Betting and you'll get HYB tokens. Bounty is pretty easy and it has been fun participating for them. Check them out some time.

When you are promoting a project for bounty the only thing that matter for you is profit (rewards) that you are going to earn.
Let's discuss a case study: If there is a bounty of an awesome project of 100$ and total 50 members joined that campaign then each will be given $2 only as bounty amount will be distributed between all participants.
While there is another project with $25 bounty rewards and 10 members joined it, all will get $2.5 which is higher.

So choose accordingly, I have seen some bounty where is a cap on a number of participants, I think those are a good campaign assuring a minimum amount at least.

If the number of participants will be less you will more value in each stake.
