There are advantages for both. Cryptsy provides more altcoins and is a nice place to be. MCXnow has a harsher sort of trader community also they allow interest.

Crypto-Trade are fairly reliable. The last couple of times I've had a deposit sent to MCXNow from mining pools, they've vanished completely, so I'm wary of using them for the time-being.

There is a minimum deposit, it is written on the site. If you are below, the deposit is ignored. You can't use an exchange address for mining, it is the same for all exchanges.
