Hi, why I can't login in the website: https://www.coinexchange.io/login

the error message is "Invalid credentials."

I also change the password, but still can't login.

I was able to login to my site and faced no such issue. Just keep trying as it may be an issue from their end if the password and username you entered is right. I faced such an issue with another exchange but when I reset the password, it worked fine. If you still face the issue, try using incognito mode of chrome.

the problem is solved! you have to enter USERNAME not EMAIL

Having the same problem. Either getting "Invalid CSRF token" or "Error 15"

I would never trust this exchange with my money!  I mean it is just a roll of dice if one even can log into the account... and support offers no help...

They claim this is a security feature, when it actually turns out to be a bug stopping account holders to login.

Sh*t like this is exactly why we need decentralized exchanges!
