problem with password recovery

I have an old account, and requesting password reset trough email never sends any emails. 

Anybody else having problems like this or am I the only one?  I tried resetting it probably 15 times, when creating new accounts, the email address shows as "used", but I never get any emails from bitcointalk.  What can be done about this issue?
