Hi. I'm trying to learn how to trade low/micro caps. I've been reading/watching a lot (free ICT lessons on youtube, Wolang's article, etc).

Daytradernik was pointing at following top wallets at blockexplorer to spot an accumulation.
Only traders with privates + public groups and help from other whales can do that?
Could you recommend any more info? Any free/or paid
