Hi community....

I'm working on a new developing an new poker site using Poker Mavens and with some custom integrations with btc for deposits/withdraws.
I'd really like to get some testnet coins to be used for distributing to players to help test out the site.

I'd like to be able to gift testnet coins to players testnet poker wallet.
In a way this will be like a faucet inside our poker site.
Players will need to make a request and must meet conditions, like low balance and 1 request per day, to be the free coins.
These free coins will only be allow to go into players testnet poker wallets.

The site will have full deposit/withdraw features that will be fully automated.
Giving our users free coins will allow them to play and test out the deposit and withdraw features before we go live.

I just need testnet coins to keep moving on this.
Yes I realize there are faucets just wanting a bit more than dust.

Thank you in advance for all of those who help with this request.

I have caused some testnet coin to be sent to the address you posted via faucets. You should send the coin back when you are done with testing.

If you are wanting larger amounts, and/or are planning on giving testnet coin to players/customers, I would suggest mining your own testnet coin.

I also think there is limited value to allow potential customers to receive testnet coin as a way to test your website. Deposits and withdrawals are not a major concern to customers as long as deposits are quickly credited and withdrawals are quickly processed, IMO. If you want potential customers to test your site, you may as well create your own testing coin that does not support deposits or withdrawals.

I would suggest to setup your own bitcoincore and produce "special" tsetnetcoins, otherwise the user may run away with your testnetcoin and you will need constant supply of them.
Btw, testnetcoins does not have any value, but you get them not for free.
To mine them, you need energy and mining equipment.
You should make an offer for buying a fixed amount of them, because you do not intend to give them back after finishiing testing, you wan't them permanent.

Thanks for the faucet sends!

I'll rethink some things based on the feedback.
Having potential user be testers is probably not a good approach.
I will at least use these testnet coins to test our the sites deposit and withdraws.

Thanks again!

I don't really think it is a problem as long as you make it clear that it is still in beta/testnet. They'd be able to send you some suggestions too if your platform is at least interesting for them. On top of that, you could run your own beta test program, if your budget allows it of course.
