Ukyo.  I made a bitcoin transfer of pretty much my entire savings on 10-19, not expecting anything to go wrong because I have done it before.  It still says that it is processing.  I opened a ticket on 10-23 and have not heard back.  I am literally freaking out.  I just made a huge move across the country and I need to access my money.  I made an account on bitcointalk just in an attempt that you might see this and be able to help.  I am tired of waiting and I feel like I'm gunna explode because I am in the dark of what is happening with my money.  My support ticket ID is IDF-662960.  Thank you.

Same problem here. I made a BTC transfer on Oct 21st - I got an error message "could not connect to 2nd stage server", the BTC disappeared from my weechange.co wallet, but did not appear in my BTC wallet. Status still is 'processeing' I tried to call weechange and sent emails to their support address, but did not even get a confirmation that they are looking into this matters... Sad
If anyone from weexchange is reading this - I'd really appreciate your feedback.  I opened a ticket on Oct 21st (YZE-376632)
Thanks

I sent money via Ripple to We Exchange as well on Oct. 22.  The transfer completed but the funds never showed up in my account.

Numerous emails to the support email address have gone unanswered.

I also need help.

same problem here. Made withdrawals on weexchange, still showing processing. Coins not sent to wallet!! What is going to happen on Nov. 1? We will just be out of luck? The notices on bitfunder didn't mention anything about deadlines on weexchange.

yeah, i transferred a whack of Ripple a long time ago, to BTC on WeEx, and it never came through. Ukyo did eventually respond and explained the issues they have with XRP-BTC, but that there really wasn't anything he could do about it....at the time i transferred, that would've been 6BTC worth of XRP... so about $1200 down the intertubes.

Thank you guys for your comments/feedback.  Please let us know of any news/progress on your processing issues.  My transfer was on 10-19 and I made a ticket on 10-24.  No response as of yet.  Castor, you made a support ticket 3 days before I did.  Have you had any luck?  Ukyo said in a post that he was helping people in the order of which the tickets came in.

I mistakenly deposited a small amount of btc into WeExchange a few months ago since another website I was trying to put btc into only took btc from WeEx...  Then I found out that WeEx only allowed withdrawals of .1 btc or more.  So my btc sat there for months before I had any spare btc that I could divert to WeEx so I could get back the rest, since my measly .035 was just sitting there, useless to me.  I made a withdrawal a week ago, and waited 3 days before making a ticket.  No response to my ticket yet.  I'm more mad that there isn't a disclaimer on the website.  At least people like me would avoid even messing with WeEx until they fixed it, which would have probably lightened the workload to fix the issue.
