Can I hide threads which contain certain words in the title?

I'd really rather not see these threads. I have no interest in chasing dust, lotteries, giveaways, etc, etc.

Nope, pretty sure you can't do anything like that here. I've always wanted to be able to hide threads started by certain posters, but unfortunately for me, can't do that either. (I know, if they are on ignore, the threads are smaller/grey, but still)
