I wish to purchase a DDoS. This would be for testing purposes.

Payment to be made in BTC, and will be made based on results. A small down payment would be acceptable provided the individual has some reputation here.

The plan would be to start relatively small and build up, which will also give us an opportunity to demonstrate to each other that we are trustworthy. In other words, the first test will be quite small and thus cost less.
