If you don't promote scams and provide an escrow for holding the funds that shall be distributed to the participants, everything will be fine.

It is also the same if you are a newbie. Even that is said, you cannot post images if you might have wanted to post in your thread. It can be easily solved though by paying up for copper membership so that you can post images even if you are a newbie. You can buy it here. You can also hire a signature campaign manager to ease your job if ever you want to pay others for putting up your signature.

If you want to follow bounty campaign signature minimum rank you must reach jr member.
To reach the rank jr member you must have 42 activities.

Lets say you have a legit bounty campaign, it only depends on how you handle the bounty especially if you are new in managing bounty campaigns, but I cant deny the fact that you will only get a few participants because you dont build yout name yet in terms of managing bounties.

This is not prohibited, but there will be less confidence in such a campaign, as I think. After all, it's one thing when a campaign is led by a manager with legendary or hero account  and the other when a newcomer.

I would recommend you to hire a good and experienced bounty manager, who is trusted by this community.
You also will not able to post pictures here until you are a Member, so you'll need help from a highly-ranked user.

To follow bounty campaign signature minimum rank you must reach jr member.
If you want to reach rank Jr member you need 30 activities.

I don't think that's a problem as long as you have a legit program and do not support scam. Though your rank will kinda affect the "trust" of people in some ways because most of the managers are hero, legendary and such.
