What's the best method for depositing on BTC-E?

So, I'm trying to get USD into my account on BTC-E, but there really doesn't seem to be a good way to get funds there.  Does anyone have any advice based on an actual transfer/purchase?

Not yet personally

 but if you send okpay all kinds of iD this may work for u

I would just do a wire transfer of USD but the problem with that is the 1% fee with minimum $500 transfer and minimum $20 fee. For transactions over $1000 USD this is only a 2% fee so it's not a bad option.
