Anyone already have experience with the life expectancy of asic miners, or in other words, do you have one, and if so, how long till the hardware failed or how long has it been running already?

In my case.
BFL Single, up and running for 1+ months.

All we know is shorter than conventional hardware. We're using effectively early engineering sample quality designs.

Most likely a random component on the PCB will die before the chip itself though, due to bad product choice, non-optimal design or overclocking.

One of my BlueFurys died in less than a week.  I have some of the very first Block Erupters still mining away.  It's a crap-shoot, really.
