Liqui.io hasn't credited ETH after more than 10 hours! Is this normal?

I sent a few hundred $ worth of eth to Liqui. It has been 10 hours and the transactions has over two thousand block confirmations.

The transaction doesn't even show as pending yet in Liqui. How long does it generally take for liqui.io to credit my account?

I'm having problems on liqui.io too with my TaaS: I did withdrawal on April 18th for the snapshot of May 6th but they have not yet arrived in my wallet. I have more help tickets open, the last ones are not even taken care of.
At the moment I am losing both my Taas and the related dividend. Now I will start to report the fact to the forum and beyond.
