Sorry, I am not going to introduce myself (I am not a hot chick so I guess no body cares) but instead I got a really important question to ask.

I installed Bitcoin-qt and I have a really long password. Is it easy for hacker to hack my wallet? please explain...

if its got a long secure password then no its not easy to hack aslong as its random and not just a bunch of words
the only exception is if you have a backup of the wallet before it was encrypted. that backup would still be unencrypted

There is a possibility of malware being installed on your computer that waits for you to type the password and then either captures the password and sends it with the wallet to a hacker, or steals the bitcoins while the wallet is unlocked.
