Favorite types of projects nowadays??

There are lots of projects out there nowadays and with the SEC coming after utility tokens that are basically classified as securities, i'm going more for projects that have a working product. What about you guys?

For ex. a project that already has their platform/app/network up. I also think it's an extra gauge of the project. A recent favorite of mine is algebraix. Their app is up and it's how they're using it to airdrop tokens along with getting feedback on it

Would love everyone's input.

From my research and observation I have discover that there are some project which have a very high tendency of succeeding. Project that relate to health, Data, exchanger, and smart contract platform.

And I would add privacy to that one. What do you think about algebraix though? They're all about data privacy and paying consumers to watch ads.
