IS THIS THE NEXT 100X COIN !?!?

I was researching some solid project with low to mid market cap and i think i just found the PERFECT coin, which ticks all the checkbox,  it's a blockchain protocol, low market cap (100 mil) and with tiny supply of 29 million and max of 100m ..and it's competitor EOS has market cap of $15 billion and its funny because HPB beats EOS in all the stats.. I dont understand whether HPB is soooooo freaking undervalued or the EOS is the most overhyped project ever.. because when u compare these both projects hand in hand ..there is no way.. EOS should be 146 times the marketcap of HPB.. i don't know what am i missing .. i need your guy's opinion ..i just fail to understand why a project like HPB is so undervalued ?

Maybe it's due to the weak advertising? This is the first time I've heard of altcoin. EOS already tired, discuss it all! Maybe it has something to do with Dan Larimer's fame.
