As the title says,

Someone to set up L2TP/IPSec on a vps (probably one of the newer version of Debian) for iphone/android clients (possibly with a web interface for manging accounts if there's one around).

The purpose being to allow andoid and ios clients to connect and make use of the set up vpn.

If you're able give me a price.
