I don't think so, not this bubble, IMO. I think we have a little while before this becomes a considerable issue.

What are the protocol limits right now? It looks like BTC Guild is filling every block with almost 500K, and most of the other miners are capping off at almost 250K.

1Mb upper limit. I expect the pool operators can see where the interests lie based on their analysis of how their work allocation structures can handle current loads.
