Which bitcoin trade platform are you using? Which one is safe and reliable?

And do you put your bitcoins on trade platform or your own wallet.

I hear about that some trade platforms have run off with money and bitcoins.  I never put bitcoins and money on the trade platform.
When i want to trade, i need send money or bitcoins to the trad platform, it is very inconvenient.
