Did another smaller transaction .. paid the fee... still nothing on block chain.

The time between block 270699 and block 270700 was about 1 hour and 7 minutes.

Time stamp on 270700 is 2013-11-21 02:56:50  seems to line up with posting.

Obviously you have no idea what the other address it if it is from gox.

Are you verified with gox?  I have heard from others first hand that if you are not verified they will not let yo move funds out even in Bitcoin.
