Starting Small Mining Pool: MPOS or Z-NOMP ?

Looking for advice. If somebody wants to run a mining pool:

1) which is the easier to install MPOS or Z-NOMP?

2) which is overall better for end user experience?

3) what are the pros/cons between them?

4) which is overall better for an administrator/pool owner to use?
