How to get USD out of gox? Dwolla gone

I use to use dwolla exclusively, but now that dwolla is no longer a medium, what other alternatives are there, and how much percentage are their fees?

I've heard of coinbase, but verification is a hassle, and they also seem shady when BTC value are on the rise. I'll only use coinbase if it's the last resort.

So typically, how much is a wire transfer? And is mtgox still backlogged for a month or more in withdraw requests?

Bank wire domestic is $35, international is $45. Those are my bank fees at least.

Don't use CoinBase. They are cancelling orders like crazy if you buy at a good price.


Much better to use BTC-E, BitStamp, CoinMKT, BitKonan, Bitfinex, or Bitcoin Brokers.
