I have a crypto concept I'd like to commission a programmer or team to create. After establishing some trust, I'd give them the concept and they'd give me the quote or estimate. Obviously I'd pay in USD or bitcoin, with some small amount of the coin on top of that. I'm just struggling to know where to find someone trustworthy and competent, and also what a good price to pay for it would be. I'd say the coin is somewhat similar to NXT for it's concept.

Why don't you use a propper part of the forum for that purposes?  Sad
It isn't so hard looking through the forum decks' names yourself.

You may hire such people on the freelance sites, they would be happy to see your project and to help you. Or, try to search those on this forum - I think here are a lot of people who are interested.
