I made a mistake and bid on an auction on cryptothrift that only takes LTC, and I only have BTC.  I tried to sign up on BTC-e and do a trade, but they have a 3-day wait on withdrawals (even for 1 LTC!).  I actually need 0.67110372 LTC.  Can anyone help?  Willing to pay a premium exchange rate.  Thanks.
