mt.gox's trading fee is 0.6%. Do they take this fee off the bitcoin, or the fiat? Or both? Here's an example:

I have 100btc and $1,000 in my mtgox account, and currently BTC is worth $50 each. I sell 10 BTC, so after fees, my account will now have 89.94 BTC (fee was 0.06 btc), and $1,497 (fee was $3), basically costing me 0.6% in both btc and USD. Is this correct?

No just in one not both

I usually saw the fee delta reflected in btc terms but haven't used Gox in ages
