Why can't you just use BTC-e?
Are they still having the LTC withdrawal delay problems?

Oh, forgot about BTC-e. Hmm, didn't hear about the delay... Should I avoid it for the time being if that is the case?

I'm not sure.  I don't see that much people currently complaining, but I have come accross a couple in the past few days.  You'll have to ask other more active BTC-e users.
