I got contacted by this guy Thal when searching for a programmer. He promised to deliver within 2-2.5 weeks and scammed 0.11401456 BTC from me according to this txid:  436cd68cfd8bc5ab60acbf42f456636c0a4848b72d6f294ba3422593a8a38530

below is all the info and proofs needed. I would be thankful for anyone who reads this and red tags the bastard so that it will be his last time scamming someone here.
he now changed his telegram user name from @pete24 to @Nickot6
He has also just changed his password/email here as can be easily seen on his profile page  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=960140 after I offered him a peaceful resolution - to give me back my stolen btc and avoid the making of this thread. Let me guess he gonna claim to be hacked now right?  hahaha

If I understood the situation correctly, what happened at the end was that the guy decided to pretend that nothing happened, and the due date for the live demo was never promised, right? But you still have all the proof that he promised to deliver the product on a certain time.

It's not the first time someone has had a complaint against him, last year in November coinmixer.se left a negative feedback saying that he owed coinmixer money on work that was undelivered. So he's probably a serial scammer posing as a coder.

You just never send first to anyone you're hiring, and definitely not a jr member with no reputation. Use an escrow.

yup that is exactly what happened. and i know this is entirely my mistake. ow well.
i will earn this BTC back for sure. but he just lost an over 1 year old account.  so he wont be scamming anytime soon
