I never read or heard anything about this USC I check on their official thread and it's not a very popular one, then you are coming up with another ICO because your first project is a big failure, this is what a shitcoin looks like in any angle.

Communism died for a good reason, no reason to try to reanimate it. I will be investing in Russian Coin that will be coming in the near future but USC sounds like a shitcoin with a cool name to pull those communism enthusiast investors. If it becomes the next big thing sorry for spreading FUD but, I'll be staying away. Thanks for the offer though
