Redfury ASIC not working at max gh/s

My redfury bitfury ASIC USB is only working at about 1.5gh/s when it should be like 2.26gh/s how do I fix this? I am using bfgminer 3.6.0 and windows 7.

could try using bitminter to see if it gets up to full speed also keep the stick cool point a fan at it as they get extremly hot
