I want to gather few guilds and source of information that help me start and understand this world.
First what is even ICO?

An initial coin offering (ICO) .  process  by crowdfunding though private ICO's are becoming more common. In an ICO, a quantity of cryptocurrency is sold in the form of "tokens" ("coins") to speculators or investors, in exchange for legal tender or other cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum In short is a way of a project rise it's own found with out have to be oblige to any bank or instinctual.

Apart from having to know the basis of the ICO, it must also be careful because not all ICOs are "clear".
