Hopefully NXT (and later eMunie) will solve this with a decentralized exchange.

Oh, wait before you leave! If you don't want your crypto-coins you could give them to me (or give them to some newbie so he/she can have a good start)!

Cryptsy is just under heavy load, otherwise it is fine.

Yup, money sure brings out the nastiness in people.

Just be careful, there is a lot of money to be made here.

I have to completely agree with OP - it's so frustrating to Buy/Sell/Trade Bitcoins and Alt Currencies. Even the most reputed exchange in Canada, VirtEx still has not approved my new account created on November 20th - and then I still have to wait 2-3 days for a deposit to go through. I can't trust more than half of these exchanges and the ones I do are swamped.

There will never be a mass adoption of virtual currencies until we get some legitimate players involved - PayPal, Interact, the credit card companies, official banking institutions. I don't understand why these companies have not jumped in Bitcoin - it's like printing money for them. Once these companies get on board, the value of Bitcoin will explode.

MCXnow is better forgotten.  Crypsy is struggling under the load, we are primed for another exchange to open that has a big capacity, covers lots of coins and is reliable/not a scam.
Maybe if the chinese exchanges would translate to English we could harmonise!

To open with big capacity?
I don't think so.
