I don't think their bullish trend is anything to do with the technology, it is no-where near the regular ethereum. The classic version is pumping due to the coinbase listing due in a few months time. Wise money is investing in ETC before the listing goes live.

Fully agreed. It was on the listing base. But I think we will see ETC per $16 and per $50. Time only. If BTC will some down ETC will correct also. It's the same correlation as ETH.

I hold a bunch of ETC. ETC is similar to Ethereum in that it's a token and a smart contract Network. I think it can earn a small return in the very near short term, but terrible coin for long-term investing

I don't think ETC is going to be disrupting ETH anytime soon. More development means more features for ETC. Therefore, mostly everyone is investing in ETH. However, the classic chain does have it advantages. Mainly price of transactions. It's much cheaper to send than ETH. I sometimes purchase ETC to exchange my money from Exchange to another due to the low fees for transactions and withdrawals.

you should suggest that guy to read the more news on the ethereum world news site. There will be a huge improvement on the security, scalability or even the transition from POW to the POS.
The majority of people are using it to become an alternative way to send their transaction after dogecoin. it has no utility usage and ETC just another shitfork security token lol

Ethereum Classic is a potential and very good back up teamed coin and you need to understand the crypto market as it is always volatile and the price swing of fluctuation is natural and this happens all the time. As per the current market situation holding the coins irrespective of any coin we have is a good idea and selling this year end when the bull market arise is my suggestion.

You are right it is very underestimated - it will go higher end of the year.

Ethereum is a safe investment but it is already listed everywhere so you won't get that magical pump when somethings gets listed on binance or coinbase. Buying now before the listing will practically guarantee you high returns
