Just noticed some guy started selling "DrillBit" USB miners. Is this a scam?

Drillbit thumbs are a real thing they shipped this month, dunno about that price considering they where selling the 8 boards (20.7Gh/s) for the same price that this ebay seller is for the 2.7Gh/s...
