Buying a virtual reloadable prepaid card with the initial sum already loaded

Hi guys,

I am interested in buying re-loadable europian Prepaid Card (not polish) with initial sum already loaded. I don't mind receiving just details of a plastic card (and destroying the original plastic)

Of course the seller should somehow prove his reputation.

I found this card online - https://kingmastercard.de.

But others may be suggested as well.

Reputation mostly, this is why I asked for it. Also If somebody is planning to sell more of those - he probably needs good history.

Reloadable cards allows you to load it, when you actually need it (without leaving too much money loaded), and you can cahnge the password of control panel as well...

What do you mean by proof of purchase?

Is there any good "model" to process such transaction?
