Liqpay help!

I deposited USD$55 into my Liqpay account through my mastercard. My Liqpay balance was immediately updated and funds are reflected on the main page.

HOWEVER, I am unable to do anything with my funds. I am unable to transfer them to btc-e neither could I transfer them to another Liqpay account.
It also does not allow me to withdraw it back to my mastercard.

I am now stuck with USD$55 in Liqpay with no use for it? I have tried emailing them but they are unresponsive.
Has anyone else ever came across this?

I have not had that issue, they are VERY SLOW, it took like 3 weeks to get a refund from there - so annoying, so you will see they are slow but they still refunded me 

Your issue be different, try and reach them on Live Chat it is how I got a hold of them...

Live Chat isnt helping either as no one is ever around to "chat".

I had to wait a while for someone to connect. 

And I had to try at different times as well, it is crazy, though they will eventually catch up.
