Cloudhashing - No Contracts Were Found For Your Account

Hi guys, first-time poster here.

I signed up this morning for a platinum account with Cloudhashing. I then registered for a Cloudhashing account. Now when I click on "my dashboard" it gives me the above message, that no contracts were found for your account. I suspect this is because the platinum account was purchased before I'd registered with the Cloudhashing website (I assumed it would register me for an account when going through the purchase).

Any ideas how I can resolve this? Have e-mailed their customer service team but haven't received a response yet.

I had a similar problem with this site, it just took a couple of days for the contracts to appear.

I have the same issue.. My contract is appearing in the cloudhashing.com website but i cant seem to figure out how to link it to pool.cloudhashing.com

Very frustrating that they dont have a phone number to call them and talk to support
