Hello everyone, I'm thinking of signing up at BTC-E and would like to get a preview of the sign up process, ideally with screen shots if that's possible.   I see they ask you to enter your email address, choose a login and password, then enter some digits to prevent bots from completing the process I guess.   But what happens next?   Do you have to fill in your name, address , etc?
The reason I ask this is because I am thinking of buying some btc or ltc locally or if this fails, just btc, then trade for ltc and finally withdraw to a wallet, but want to avoid sending all my personal information papers to this exchange if I can avoid it because I am not comfortable.   I don't know who the owners are, what's their precise address and really I don't even speak Russian or Bulgarian, so if there's a problem, a translator needs to be summoned.

I don't know btc e, but all serious exchange must ask you:
- your personal information and
- also a verification (IDs paper, proof a residence)

Don't do it! - they have below market prices to attract people and to get their information but they are well known scammers! They will use your personal information to crack your stuff and steal from you.
