For example, we have seen SingularDTV make an huge crash, then recovered at half the price. This could have been a good opportunity to get in really cheap.

When can we know when it will get listed? In this case it was in bittrex

https://www.bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SNGLS

as you see, there was an opportunity to buy as low as 100...

I searched on the SingularDTV thread and they didn't say anything about it. They just add the coins randomly?

Find your favorite exchanges on Twitter then set an Rss feed for whenever there is a new ICO or coin.

If you are on any exchange which will have notification system like yobit then you have to check your email everyday and whenever a coin will be listed there you will get a notification. while in other case you have to ask the question from the developers about their planing for adding their coin to any exchange.

You are asking what no one can know apart from the coin dev and his team, to answer the question you did not ask, you can only know that a coin will be delisted from an exchange only when the exchange say so.
traders are just in between and we only see the outcome of the decisions these two giants have made or to be made.

COin developers who launch their campaign here on the forum usually give a hint on when to expect the coin in the market.

Maybe if its backed by media men and actors and actresses like SINGULARTV.  exchange site owners can sometimes be starstruck by those beautiful and sexy actresses. and so they list SNGL within a day.

You have to stay alert with their announcement threads and their other media platforms and there you can ask them for that question. That will be a good place to know about the activities of the developers and supporters of that coin.

I think the only way participant can know when an ico will get listed in as exchange is when the developers announce that or by checking the site regulary for such announcement on the thread or by checking you mail from time to time. Some icos even state the possible time for it to hit the market in the forum

I usually follow the news in the official channels of telegrams. Usually, you can get the latest and up-to-date information from the developer. you can still follow the twitter.
