Hi,

I have create a account on bter.com along with TOTP (windows, not cellphone, I dont have a cellphone), than I open the «Google Authenticator for windows», I put the numbers (XXXXXX), I dont remember exactly what it was. Than I transfer my PPC from BTC-e to Bter (about 200ish PPC). I believe it worked since it show on my btc-e acc that the transfer happen, but soon after I was automaticaly log out from bter.com, try to log in, but they ask TOTP. I open my google authenticator and put the numbers but didnt work. I believe I did something wrong, after that I delete my acc from authenticator and made new one cause maybe something was bugged but could not remember the secret key (20 something letter and number), i need to be connected to my btcer acc to see that but I cannot atm...

I try everything but right now I cant fill the TOTP when I try to log in. I'm french canadian so sorry about my writing.

Cliff: Made a bter.com acc along with a TOTP so my acc can be even more secure, than it log me out and went I log in to bter.com I could not put the proper TOTP, dunno why, even when I put the proper generator code (I have 30s to put it). But I think that my google authenticator is not longer valid, I made a new one and old one is gone (deleted it), so I have no way to connect to my bter acc without the TOTP..., i'm lost...

Thx!

Max

p.s: I email bter, but may take a while.
