If 1mBTC is between what are 2 of the most widely used currencies for an extended period of time, then it stands a real chance of being accepted as at least moderately viable as a choice of currency (i.e, you can easily denominate stuff in it). I know this is a stretch, but a year in this range would likely translate into much more confidence. And its a pretty damn big range too, so it seems possible. The psychological effects would be pretty good, especially along with increased liquidity.
