You may have read recent news about Ripple being "questioned" or "under fire" at a UK parliament hearing on blockchain.
In fact, it is a very interesting hearing, the Treasury committee of the UK Parliament has opened an inquiry to gather and learn information on digital currencies in order to better act on the legislation. The official inquiry page is here :
