New member want to buy hardware

I'm Duarte and I'm new.

I joined because I'm looking to buy mining hardware under 1BTC. I've seen some great deals on this forum and It seems legit and reliable.

Unfortunately I've been scammed while ordering from asic-technologies.com (sales@asic-technologies.com)  
Further contact had no answer ...

Please advise me on:

• Where / who to buy legit/trusted hardware (I've read that xyt is the responsible for sales of asicMiner in my area but HOW TO CONTACT?)
  
• What to do About the 0.08BTC that jerk (sales@asic-technologies.com) stole from me ?

Wait until you get out of the newbie jail and you can post and pm people on those threads.
And about the money loss , unfortunately nothing you can really do about , a police complain at most..
