Try to go to localbitcoins and find seller from Amsterdam, not all sellers will want to meet up so you need to ask them first.
I doubt any seller has 50 BTC inside their stash, you need to buy it from different sellers and collect it until you have 50 BTC

Errr just go to an exchange that accepts your local fiat, doing otherwise might get you seriously hurt.  Especially in a forum where you dont know anyone except by their username.  And uh dont just go sending cash through the mail to probably the 100 scammers that have already probably pm'd you.
